Thanks Pawandeep. I had already found this article, and tried it... no way :-) I phoned HTC Service, and they assisted me very well, connecting themselves in "remote" to the phone, checking what they could... finally they told me I have to send the phone for repair. I have to say they attended...

Today I was ussing whatssapp and suddenly it started going slow. I have not installed any new app lately. I restarted the phone, and it came into Safe Mode. I have tried since everything... re-start, reset hardware, delete all the apps, all the information... I have reseted it around 10...
