    Why no sounds or displays for notifications?

    Have you checked the quick menu and you have the All Interruptions icon selected? I had the same issue but turned out I'd accidentally selected Priority Only, which seemed to disable all ringtones (even in the Sounds area of the Settings). Fixed the problem for me...
