    Wake up screen wont stay off

    Hi hope someone can help me,I got my galaxy watch yesterday and put my wake up screen to OFF,when I was wearing it in bed to track my sleep,the screen would wake up now and then which made me wake up many times. Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks
