i need to do a hard reboot on a nokia 3.1 plus, it has a screen lock pin and i need to do the hard boot to do a factory reset, can anyone tell me if its the same as a samsung or how to do this ?

i just had this same problem so i took my phone to cricket / AT&T and the girl fixed my settings and now the pics i send in a text are superfast to send now. i hope this helps you, if not just reply to me and ill try to help you more if i can.
