Yup, unfortunately it's a no go. I heard back from alarm.com and they said they had similar results with the Nexus 6, so it's something with the OS on certain hardware I guess. Something way over my head!

Oh ok. Weird. Wonder why the alarm.com app will only see the system alerts and nothing in the alerts folder. Guess I will have to go back to them and see if I have any options. The stock alerts are pretty awful (IMO). Plus I'm used to the alert I had set for the same app on my Turbo. Thanks...

Thanks for the reply. Ok I can get to notifications but the alerts I referenced above are not in there. I am assuming those are the stock alerts that come with the Pixel. Do you see those alerts in your alerts folder? I'm not sure what is going on here? Thanks.
