With no more updates on the galaxy s7 is it still safe to do banking and online purchases on the galaxy s7 using banking apps and the Amazon app?

Do not disturb was not on. It could even be a Verizon problem as it happens so seldom. It has been over 2 weeks since it has happened. I was wondering if the Verizon app on my ipad could have triggered this?

Every once in a while maybe once a month all my calls go directly to voicemail until I reboot my phone. After I reboot my phone everything is normal. I have a strong Verizon signal and do not disturb is turned off. I also have an iPad and have Verizon messages app on it. It is a WiFi only iPad...
