My Verizon S4 sound quit working. I am not using any third party apps to manage volume, nor does Verizon have a blocking mode. Right now, I have no sound--text, email, ringer, haptic feedback, dial tone (when I dial numbers), speaker volume, etc... The only thing that works is in call volume...
