Try "FRITZ!App WLAN". It has some seemingly good wifi diagnostics. I can't say how good it really is, but it is free. There are graphs for signal strengths of what it sees, but again, I couldn't say if it looks itself for all wifi, or if it looks only at my Tab A list.

Since you haven't told us what you are using, it's a bit of a shot in the dark to answer. However, on my Galaxy Tab A it seems totally browser dependant, meaning each one has it's own functionality. The native "Internet" asks the question of where, and should it replace if already existing...
