note 5 not playing videos after i record a video and play it it comes up with an icon of like a desktop with an arrow is still has sound but no video

softkey apps I have a note 5 and would like to get the on screen home recent and back keys I am using simple control but I would like an app the will resize the screen because simple control covers the bottom of my screen

I have always had iphone since the 4s then I tried the Samsung s3 for a week then loved it so I got the note 3 and had it for 2 years and loved it was great and now I have the note 5 i chose the note 5 over the s6 edge + because of the pen and it's good but it sorta feels like an upgrade and...
