    I could not send premium messages ones that have a fee like radio competitions, 5 digit numbers, I have resolved the issue by doing a factory reset then sent a premium text which I had to allow permission all is fine now thank you all for your input and time great forum

    When I navigate to Use Premium Text Messages the folder is empty with the message no apps can use premium text message services, Thanks.

    When I try to send a txt to a premium service ie 5 digit number it fails, if I go into settings and navigate to Use Premium Message Services there is no app to select. Thanks.
