    If you get the OTA you won't need a separate computer it will update when you allow it.

    Flashing with Nexus Root Toolkit is soooo easy. The are plenty of how to's. I've re-flashed my N7 2012 at least 3 times now. The latest was to 5.1 with no wipe option. Keith
