Oh WOW, Sorry to hear this Harry.... you may soon find yourself in the same situation as me, not sure what happen to your phone. i'll make sure to report if I get a check or not.

Called and they still couldn't find it HAHAHAHA I was told don't worry we are sending your refund now and you should get it in 10-15 days. WOW is all i can say!!!!!!

And i'm still waiting by the mail box... :( Has anyone received their check?

Stercycle picked up my phone on the 12th i called to check on the status (knowing its to early) and was told they didn't even have it in the system. I was told it can take all of 15 BUSINESS DAYS wasn't aware we are talking business days. Has anyone received their check yet?

Did she say how much that check would be for?
