Ok, I have tried solving this with T-Mobile ... No good. I deleted the account and added it again, I have cleared cache, and that didn't work. OLD Emails that have been received, are re-received as new emails. Here's what happens.... The phone notifies me of a new email received, (DING) I check...

Go to email settings and change number of emails before it "pushes" them out. Go to Settings and tap email account, "RECENT MESSAGES" start at 25 (default) Max number is 200 or you can set to TOTAL. Done no more "disappearing messages" Cheers, KellySD
