Wow - adding the addresses around my home worked for me, too. I had used the workaround of adding my own address, in addition to the Google Maps "Home", but sometime recently the Trusted Places UI started recognizing the duplicate and refusing it. Wonderful. I'm pretty sure the basic problem...
