Belatedly... I have the same problem on my old LG Nexus 4, Android 511. The problem for me is with letters X, D and to some extent with R (upper or lower case). Rotating the screen is a workaround, but some apps don't allow that, which is especially annoying when D etc is in a password. Mostly I...
