To be clear the sound for calls is coming from a speaker grill across the entire upper portion of the phone. It is small but the pin hole on top of the phone is a secondary speaker not the call audio speaker. Look carefully and you'll see the grill.

Yup and they came out beautiful. I don't recommend doing this to everyone but honestly if your willing, the phone is designed to be in the short term conditions of minimal depths like the arm length at an aquarium let's say...not that this is what I did. But in all seriousness..it can be worth it

This may seem like an obvious question but are you still using the cable and charger together. It may seem like a stupid question but my wife posed the same thing and I realized she was using an older USB type-c from her Samsung Galaxy rather than the OnePlus cable.

I'm on the beta program so no. If you don't want to be on the beta than you have to manually update. The beta program is really not that bad and I get fairly frequent updates almost monthly.

It runs smoother, you get a better camera without having to flash the APK, the Google camera mod works better as well. Memory management is much better and in general I get better LTE speeds on my variant after I switched.

I would review any new apps that may have been downloaded. Many apps will included adware stuff.. most common has been weather and news apps.. for me personally. Look at the time frame of the issue and any new apps downloaded.

There is always the option of purchasing a TMobile variant of the phone then flashing the global firmware onto it then putting it on to the beta program( which I did and love it) and you get regular updates and you know with confidence that it will work with most international bands including...
