Try disabling IPv6 on your router. That fixed a horrible lagginess in Instagram, Chrome, other apps.

I'm the original poster on this thread, and I discovered that it was due in some part to IPv6 being enabled on my router. I disabled IPv6 and it works flawlessly on WiFi. Also, my ISP is Comcast; some time back they had some IPv6 issues; not sure it's related.

I am definitely experiencing intermittent and laggy response when using apps like Instagram and browsing sites in Chrome like news.google.com. While textual elements come down pretty quick, images lag by 5-10 seconds. Even images in the Play Store are really slow to load. I have tried this on...
