Thanks to everyone for their responses. After carefully reading through the How-to Forum, I was able to unroot my N7 (2012) and successfully flash the Lollipop 5.0.2 factory image. So far, I haven't noticed any performance issues. Time will tell, however! Posted via the Android Central App

This is quite disconcerting! My Nexus 7 2012 Wi-Fi version 4.4.4 32GB rooted tablet hasn't received ANY of the over-hyped Lollipop upgrades.
