Install Google on your phone and put the Google app icon on your desktop and just open it from there.

The update installed the Multi - User feature. You find it in "settings under the General tab. It also runs swifter.

I doubt its your samsung device. Like I said, Uninstall and reinstall your facebook and outlook apps and try again.
