I had the same issue this morning: hidden home network not available, failed to save when added, couldn't turn wifi off. A reboot solved the problem for now: Hidden network reappeared in network list, connected OK, wifi cycles on and off on demand. We'll need to keep an eye on this, I suppose.

Trevor, I was having the same problem on a Moto Atrix 4G/MB860. I uninstalled the Hotmail app and installed Outlook from Google Play! and all is now well. Solution was found on Motorola's board: https://forums.motorola.com/posts/0b6499be04?commentId=712515#712515
