Same been happening to me for 6 months since motherboard replacement,. Not being able to focus and making a fizzing crackling noise. Checked my warranty and still covered (2 Years) so took to Samsung shop. they took away and said it needs a replacement camera. ALL COVERED IN WARRANTY NO CHARGE...
