when i plug the charger in it just flashes once thats it no logo or nothing no charging light at all there is power goin in cause the screen flashed

have an HTC Sensation XE the other day after charging it it wouldnt turn one so far i have: took the battery out plugged the charger in with out battery checked it with a different battery and still nothing now when i plug in the charge the screen flashes and thats it any ideas
