When roaming or otherwise, why doesn't the phone automatically insert a 1 in order to dial long D.
Yes....tried Rogers......no luck there. They say it is a device issue and there must be a setting to adjust. I know BlackBerry had a such a setting to avoid putting "1" in front of your Contact numbers when dialing long distance.- KEVINHEAVEN

It may be a carrier issue. I am in Canada with Rogers as the carrier. However, I didn't have the problem with my old BlackBerry on Rogers. Strange!- KEVINHEAVEN
