After doing a factory reset (and you see this screen..) - You need to clear Dalvik Cache and Cache. It should boot right up after that .

Re: Galaxy NOTE 4 I totally agree .. You really don't need to upgrade to the Note3 if you already have the Note2 unless you want the latest and greatest. The Note3 just has software upgrades with a better camera. Once both devices have 4.3-4.4 they will be pretty much the same.

There's no way I'd trade an S4 for a Moto X. Function over looks any day ! The S4 has functions that most phones don't have.
