My nexus 5 started doing this this afternoon. Fortunately it waited until after I watched the entire US Men's game on it. I tried everything and ended up calling Google. They were very helpful and are shipping me a replacement device. I wish I had a simpler solution but I'm kind of looking...

I just noticed some light scratches at the top of the screen this morning. It's nothing terribly noticeable, but I had that sinking feeling the moment I noticed them for the first time, and now they're the only thing I'll be able to see when my screen is off for the next little while.

I read the Intro to KitKat free book that was published in Google Play Books, and found that all I had to do was turn it "On". I did a search in the app, clicked the menu button that came up in the subsequent window, went to settings, and turned Google Now on. So, maybe no one will read this...

Hi all, I'm experiencing an issue where I try to open Google now and it doesn't give me the option to sign in. It just pulls open my recent search history. Has anyone else seen this? If so, how do I get around it? Thanks in advance!
