    Fingerprint not recognized and Backup Password option not available

    I've made almost all of the attempts to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S6 with my fingerprint but it is unable to be recognized. Also, it is not giving me the option to use my Backup Password either. Trying to avoid having to do a factory reset.
