That's correct . I am trying to flash a Kit Kat rom. I tried to get s-off but pc doesn't recognize my phone in fast boot. I downloaded all the correct drivers also.

Every time I flash a new rom using twrp or cwm my phone gets stuck on htc boot screen. I have one version of Android rev hd that works. Ver.31.0. Every other rom I try to flash gets stuck.

I have flashed at least three versions of Android rev hd. I noticed under storage the folder named other has 20 gigs of something. I did a factory reset/wipe reflashed and 20 gigs was still there. Does anyone know what this is.

I really liked the galaxy s3. I just didn't like touch wiz. I had to use CM10 to get rid of it, but even with cm 10.1 it still had drawbacks. I love the htc one though. Sense 5.0 is not in your face like touchwiz. I call it android for grownups.
