I managed to get the oculus app on my phone, but when I open it I can't login as a error message shows "An Error Occurred, Please try again. Is they any way I could bypass the login?

I have the note Note 5 on AT&T and I am using it in the UK on Three network. I need to update the software to the latest baseband LMY47X.N920AUCU1AOJ1. I was wondering if anyone knows how to or if someone could get me a download link from they phone so i could install it manually.

I know this is a silly question but what is LTE? Is it 4G? And will everything else work normal like will the play store apps be in £ not $? And when you say I will get limited compatibility, what will I be missing?

If I was to buy the note 5 online from US will it work in the UK and would I need to get it unlocked?
