    I'm a 10+ year iPhone user and I came over to the "darkside" when the Edge came out. I will NEVER go back! I love this phone! It takes fantastic pics - better than the iPhone 5C I had. I've sent them to other people thru email and text; had no problem.

    Just do a full reset if you are getting poor battery life...please

    How long does this take? I did a hard reset on mine at 8:00 this morning and now, 3 hours later, it's still at the blue Downloading screen. I do have it plugged in.
