Hi I have I think the same problem, HTC One S, sound almost not audible, no speaker, sometimes. My by-pass, quite easy, is to make a call, and cancel it as soon as the Call Screen appears. Dont need to let ring on the other side. Then my sound is working again. Same if someone call you, this...
