I verified the APN is correct I also tried with wi-fi off and still have the issue. My wife and I are currently using Allo to communicate until it is resolved. I still haven't received an update from AT&T.

All of a sudden I stopped receiving SMS and MMS messages. I didn't receive any messages from my wife this afternoon and then after a reboot everything started to appear. MMS will still not load. After a long unsuccessful chat with ATT, resetting Network Settings and registering the device again...

Curious what is it that Google is not doing? What did they say when you reached out to them? The mic issue is a known hardware issue. I'm now on my 3rd device which were replaced by Google. How long have you own the device? Did you purchase it directly through Google or through a Carrier?

I was getting ready to do the factory reset and noticed in the Google Groups forum they sent an update. No more issues and wow 8.1 runs nice on the pixel!!!

Honestly, as long as they receive the device within the time period they asked you can send it from wherever. For me they gave me a FedEx return shipping label. Not sure if that would work for you or not. The beauty of the FedEx label was once it was scanned I received an email from Google...

Mine was doing that as well, on my first device I was able to use a BT headset. The first replacement I received when making and receiving calls I had to talk using the speaker phone option instead of the handset. It was frustrating but so far the second replacement I received 3 days ago so far...

I did the same and also tried running 7.1.2 for a day or two to see if upgrading to 8.0 was the issue. Still occurred and wasn't pleased. My new replacement arrived, still not happy they sent .e a very silver instead of the black. But it's a brand new device compared to a refurbished one.

I thought so too. I've attached screenshots of the apps installed. I so not have anything crazy or out of the ordinary.

Well it's been 6 days now with the replacement and it's happening again. Contacted Google and they are replacing it with a new device not a refurbished one. let's see how long that lasts.
