I have the same problem with AT&T HTC one M7. I used the phone for 6 months. Now It suddenly show the preparing SIM card for no reason. The phone cannot make any calls at all. I'm love the phone but it is not reliable and stable phone... so sad to give it away. There is no way to fix it? No more...
