Left mine with Samsung support yesterday, they tried new charger, new battery and a gizmo they have to force it to turn on. All failed they reckon the board is fried the update could have been coincidence or the straw that broke it but if it's freezing etc and still in warranty I'd get it...

I have the same problem with my UK note 4. Got the Ota update last Sunday, install then freeze, reboot wouldn't unlock. Tried to reflash with Odin took 3 days and numerous attempts but eventually got a 4.4 kitkat rom on. Updated through kies to the new version same issues plus it would switch...
