I had this same problem. Get a replacement because it is a hardware issue.

My two cents: I've had a few problems with this phone. I've had multitouch issues (which are being resolved in a future update), and my phone has a fried battery port; I currently am having a replacement shipped to me, no charge. In my opinion, this is the best android phone on Verizon...

Has happened to me, but only after I got a different battery glitch where the phone constantly thinks it's being charged when it isn't.

I only have one battery, but from what I read, people that have had similar problems reported that swapping batteries did nothing. At some point this week I'm going to restore the phone, but I also read that doesn't help either. To me, it seems as if it is a software issue, but it's looking...

Just did that. At first it appeared like it was fixed! The phone was accurately saying it was not being charged. I plugged it in and then it said it was being charged, but then when I unplugged it, it kept on thinking it was being charged. Blah... I'm going to do it again so it's back to at...
