Thank you both for the advice and I will try those suggestions. I found out also that my device is somehow google locked so if anyone can help me bypass that to where I can understand how to do it please let me know . I'm not real tech savvy so not sure I can do these things but I sure am going...

I am new to this so bare with me. It is a nexus Asus tablet 7 but in the about tablet setting it says " on Deb" I'm not sure what it means ?no circle at bottom of screen nothing when it starts up it just goes to the connect to network wifi screen and from there it just goes to all white screen...
