I sent mine to Samsung and they charged me $65. They fixed charging issues and replaced the screen. When I got it back it was like new. Also, their customer service was great. Worth it since I've only had it 2 years.

I just bought a Note 9. I can't seem to Add downloaded/purchased - I use Amazon Music - songs to my ringtones in Sound Picker. When I click Add1 it doesn't give me an option to Choose a File Or Song. Any suggestions? I couldn't do this in my S9+ so I know it's me. TIA
