I restarted, thats how the other apps disappeared from the tray, but blockbuster is STUBBORN!! lol annoying to say the least.

Yeah I wound up buying root explorer.. and I renamed them.. but blockbuster is still showing in app drawer (All the rest are gone, super manager didnt work like root explorer. I was being cheap lol) Blockbuster.apk was moved to sd card, but also renamed and its still showing up in app drawer...

After I posted that it was updating, I did get sucessfull root, so thank you :) Now, Im trying to figure out how to get rid of the bloatware - I know you can freeze them using Tb (pro?) or rename them with root explorer (.bak) I really want to get them off (but not deleted) moved to SD or what...

I redid it a bunch of times, making sure the RUU i renamed was a complete working file, i seemed to have made it past this part - after it was "checking imgs".. it asked me to update, and is in the process of doing so.

I think you have it backwards RUU MECHA i flash first.. (Rename it first) then around step 6, flash the PG05IMG.zip ? No?

Ok if Im using PG05IMG.zip first, then why does it say rename it?? if its already named PG05IMG ? When do you flash the second one "RUU MECHA" etc..? After step 6

Ok so Im still stuck.. I renamed it, put it on sd card, adb reboot bootloader and I hit bootloader by pressing the power button - but nothing happens (no prompt to update or anything) and my only options are HBOOT <Vol up> to previous item <Vol down> to next item <power> to select item FASTBOOT...
