is not about root, my phone is not rooted also, you just click on the device administrator field and you uncheck the android manager or how its called (the green option), than you are allowed to uninstall the updates, you don't need to delete the application just remove the updates

I that fixes it , good spot again with that google services framework. clearing, my phone was loony crazy on reboot loop cycle

Thanks very much your a life saver it worked for me this was the crap as soon as that cache was cleared i had no more reboots sync working again, but this is mega crap from google my baterry now is draining like mad autosync is always sync and active on the status bar and google play services...
