No, when I have my phone on silent it will still vibrate when receiving texts. It's really frustrating because it's really disruptive at times.

No scratches after 3 weeks. No screen protection. Using the LED view cover by Samsung but sometimes with no case at all. I tend to be careful where I put it though, usually on something soft and not having things in my pockets.

Hello, first of all the device is very fast and super smooth in *almost* anything. But when scrolling in the Twitter application it is noticeably choppy. Anyone else experience this? This happens in both Touchwiz and Nova. Scrolling is super smooth in anything but Twitter.

Yeah, no. See, what does and doesn't work for you doesn't mean everybody holds the same opinion. You obviously find more value with a wider lense while I couldn't care less.
