Yep, the company repairing my unit right now has monopoly in Norway. They do whatever they want. Thinking about it i'm actually supporting them by trying to keep my warranty... I should have broken the warranty, repaired it myself and enjoyed a rooted phone. To late now..

Any drop resulting in a defect unit should't be covered by the warranty, i totally agree with that. Was a bit weird asking for warranty when i know its my fault it broke, however if the phone was in fact less durable due to a bad quality glass under stress or some production fault, its LG's...
