While the libraries are not updating, seems not to build cache, but the update itself doesn't open any window upon clicking on the update notification, neither is shown anywhere, so I have no idea on how to do it when (and if) it starts anyway.

Ok, it didn't work... Not instant apps problem. As for clearing cache partition, can't do it as xiaomi redmi note 4 (and looks like other versions of redmi) can't do it, the system menu has only reboot and hard reset, have already deleted the cache through options, but of course it didn't work...

Looks like the problem is being solved by turning off instant apps, even though I've never used it (neither I knew about it). It's good so far, but will post in case it happens again. Thank you guys!
