I got the white one. First time I saw the white one in person side by side with the black, I knew it will be white for me. Besides my previous phone is the Vibrant so I want something different in terms of looks.

What I do is just exit the music manager and it seems to pick up where it left off the next time I start it up.

I have had great battery life with my Xoom from day one, although experienced a bit of lag during the first few days. I did a factory reset and the lag was gone. So I am inclined to suggest a factory reset so you can rule out a glitch install before your return or exchange window runs out...

I just got my 3.1 update. Wi-Fi only Xoom purchased at Costco (bay area, Calif.) on March 28. The notification that an update is waiting just pop up while I was surfing the net about 15 minutes ago. :-)
