They had to replace my phone at 6 1/2 months because it was progressively worse until NO focus at all. Note 4 was on backorder, it took almost 2 weeks to get the swap out phone. Works beautifully again. Sadly, they charged me a discounted amount for shipping :( And they would not replace the...
