    Can I use the 3G Gear S2 (AT&T) without activating a plan on it?

    Hello, All the responses have been incredibly helpful, more information then I found searching on my own for two days. I did have a question. If I bought the S2 3G from an outside party (i.e. Amazon) would I still be able to use the phone feature via Bluetooth.
