My chromecast units and I have 4 of them have been plugged in since the day I got them, which was so long ago, I have actually forget the date. But I know it was the 1st time they sold them at best buy. So I say why not. None of them have failed yet. or over heated.

I have the Note 10.1 and it does not have the same abilities as the NOTE II. The NOTE II has additional features and is running jelly bean. I'm going to same my 10.1 to get the Note II, unless I see an update rolled out to upgrade the software to add the missing features found on the NOTE...
