Thank you everyone for your response. I think I solved the issue. I backed up my contacts locally. Deleted the entire contacts after. Reboot the phone and then restored it. That seems to solve my issue!

Only Google Edit: actually I came from a Samsung Flip 4. Used it for a month, but back to a Pixel. Wonder if that's why? I was still using Google contacts on the Samsung, don't think I even opened the Samsung contact app. As far as I can tell, all my contacts is in the phone. Nothing is missing.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing? I actually reset the phone twice last night after I finished setting it up the first time because the setup screen I attached wasn't progressing. It's stuck syncing Google contacts. After I reset it the second time last night, the setup is still showing...

Does Amazon has restocking fee if it's opened? Google has a $$35 fee now.

Using the Pixel 3 without case or screen protector right now. I am seeing so many micro scratches. Was debating to go naked with the Pixel 4 XL, definitely going back to the case and screen protector route.

Same here. Trading in my Pixel 3. It has a bunch of small scratches on it so just easier to trade in to Google.

Agreed. I have always purchased the XL version, but last year, I got the regular 3 and really love the size. Going back to XL this year because of the battery.

In hindsight, I probably could had named the title better for this thread. "Pretty Good" is probably a better description for the battery.

The pixel 4 XL is QHD also. If anything, with the 90Hz display, the pixel uses more battery to power it.
