I think if you had a tablet and a laptop side by side you would always use the laptop no matter the task at hand. What your getting in a tablet is portability.

Nexus 7 has bluetooth yet does not support a bluetooth headset? Is this correct? So what type of bluetooth devices does it support? I'm disappointed to learn I can't use a headset.

I took it back to OfficeMax where they did some online research. Holding down the power button and both volume buttons for 15 seconds did the trick. I wish I had tried B. Diddy's suggestion before I went to OfficeMax. It working now, I hope this is not a recurring problem.

I took the table back to Office Max, they exchanged it for a new one no questions asked. This one is came in a sealed box with the tablet itself wrap in a plastic cover. It looks new and never opened.

I thought they would have done a factory reset on it before they sold it to me. I don't know what the standard procedure is for returned devices. I've got 14 days to return it for a full refund. I suppose they just reset those devices returned and sell them for new. Someone must have forgotten...
