Anyone else know how to POP/Sync only new messages and not everything saved in your e-mail.

Hi- I just switched phones from a Blackberry to S4 and I have all my e-mail accounts set up. The problem is when I delete e-mails it pulls all the old e-mails into the inbox and I have thousands saved across all my e-mail accounts. Is there a setting that will only POP new incoming e-mails...
