Yup, this feature has actually been around since Gingerbread. I first noticed it when I plugged a keyboard into my old Viewsonic GTab (Which ran Gingerbread). I have been able to replicate it in Honeycomb and ICS (OG Transformer 101) and it also works well on Jelly Bean

Hello, Is anyone else noticing the sprint hotspot forcing the 3G connection to drop? I am paying for a service that I cant use.

I do think it is too early for Jelly Bean (Although I can dream). I do think it will be an OTA update to the device firmware, I assume 4.0.4. I do hope it has some stability fixes. There are some times where my EVO gets ungodly slow for a few minutes and the notifications menu is often blank.
