Anybody else seeing this? The BBC News app has a menu button and yet I'm still getting the black bar. Pressing either of them bring up the exact same menu. I haven't noticed this redundancy with any other apps, though I'll keep an eye out.

I put a Spigen Ultra Crystal on mine today and haven't had any problems with the capacitive buttons. Guess I'll see how it goes over the next few days, but it's fine so far.

I have the black CandyShell on my One. It wasn't difficult to put it on, but it's definitely a snug fit. Taking it out requires a little maneuvering, but it isn't impossible.

Got mine tonight, setting it up now. Stoked.

Yeah I don't know what branded locations means either. I'm hoping Costco will have it, they usually have pretty good deals on contract phones. I'll probably call around on Monday and see if anyone knows anything.

Anyone know if this is hitting third-party retailers on the 24th? The T-Mo announcement only says "select retail channels." I want to get it in time for the $100 trade in but want to use a regular upgrade and keep my current family plan.

Silver only? Has anyone heard if T-Mo will eventually be getting the black model?

I have restarted it a couple of times hoping that would help, but no dice. I wanted to avoid a full reset but may have to do it if I can't find another solution.

Mine hasn't notified me of the update automatically and when I try to search for it manually I get an error that says "Unfortunately, DMClient has stopped." Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
